A mentee is someone who has the desire to develop their personal and professional capacities through the guidance and support of a mentor. You’ll find it is a reciprocal relationship, and your mentor may learn as much from you as you learn from them.

Take action after each session, don’t expect your mentor to do it for you

What isn’t your role?
Don’t discuss your conversations with anyone
We are prepared for this! While not required, please utilize our suggested activities if you need any help getting started or for some creative bonding exercises that you can work on together.
We have a mentee peer group for support and networking!
