Cost of Registration

Confirmed registrations are required to attend LEAD. This registration includes access to all training within the allotted workshop track, three daily meals, and lodging.

One of LEAD’s goals is to make high-quality training accessible to anyone in the movement who needs it. LEAD’s total investment per registration (including expert trainers, three daily meals, lodging, and facilities) is approximately $1,800 per person. To make the event as accessible as possible to all advocates, the cost of registration is subsidized on a sliding scale based on your organization’s budget as follows:

  • Free registration per attendee for organizations with budgets under $1 million

  • $100 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $1 million and $2 million

  • $200 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $5 million

  • $300 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $5 million and $10 million

  • $400 per attendee for organizations with budgets over $10 million

Apart from these subsidized rates, LEAD also offers travel & registration awards. All applicants are eligible to apply for travel & registration awards to cover this cost (as well as the cost of travel), regardless of organization budget. Learn more about travel & registration awards.
