Farmed Animal Advocate Mentorship Program

What is mentorship?

Mentorship is a unique relationship that focuses on the development of the mentee through guidance and advice from their mentor. No two mentorships are the same, and they often blur the line between a professional and personal relationship. Our mentorships are rooted in trust and confidentiality, working to define and achieve goals through listening, sharing experiences, and encouragement.

Why should I participate?

The benefits of mentor relationships are plentiful! This program will act as a rising tide to lift us as individuals, activists, and a movement. A primary goal of the program is to create a network of support, resulting in lower employee turnover, more resilient activists, and a more cohesive movement. Mentees will be matched with movement leaders who will help them build skills to further their careers and make a greater impact for farmed animals.
